Laurence baby blanket – Dec 2022 Release, FREE

Laurence is a perfect blanket for the special little one. A simple knit with an eyelet stitch pattern which, depending on how you orient the blanket, translates to dainty blooms, whimsical abodes or playful arrowheads. While the sample is knitted in DK weight yarn, the blanket is highly scalable and can be made with any yarn weight. Why not make a bigger lap blanket to baby yourself?

  • Available sizes: XS, S, M, L, 1X, 2X, 3X
  • Finished size: 35½” / 91.5cm wide, 30″ / 76cm long
  • Yarn: DK weight — about 765yd / 700 m
  • Knitting needles: 4.5mm (US 7) — 24”/60cm circular

The beautiful fall 🍁, along with the pleasant crisp weather, is here. And I’m happy to offer you a warm and cozy free pattern this time.

Roxane roxane

Coalescing quintessential Aran knit with lofty silk yarn, Roxane makes for an enjoyable and sumptuous knit. The cozy wrap lends a perfect canvas for the twisted zigzags and classic cables in juxtaposed scales. While Roxane is knitted in bulky weight yarn, it will look equally sophisticated as a scarf made in lighter yarn weights.

  • Finished measurements: 42 cm / 161⁄2” wide, 212 cm / 831⁄2” long
  • Yarn: Illimani SILKI (100% silk; 40 m / 44 yd per 50 g cone), color 1258 — 12 cones, or 480m/524yd super bulky weight yarn
  • Knitting needle size: 8mm (US size 11) — 60 cm / 24″ circular for working flat

Stephenie ear warmer – FREE pattern download

Pretty combo of classic cables and bobbles makes the ear warmer chic and feminine to wear. The bobbles are easy to make and require no turning or backward knitting. A great project to practice cables and bobbles for the adventurous beginners and an enjoyable quick knit for the more advanced.

  • Yarn: Illimani Royal I (Royal Alpaca) 980 – 1510 yd (895 – 1380 m);
  • Gauge: 27 sts = 10 cm/4” in cable pattern, blocked
  • Needle size: US size 6 (4mm)
  • Finished measurements: 3.5”/ 9 cm wide; 18″/ 45.5 cm around, stretched to fit average head. Both width and circumference can be adjusted.
