Crochet the winter blues away – March 2014 Release

Charlotte – leaf lace cowl

Inspired by a sprig of florist greenery in the midst of winter, Charlotte is a fun and quick project to make. While crocheting this lacy cowl, I often couldn’t help but hold it up high to enjoy seeing the light streaming through the lace and bringing the beautiful leaves and vines pattern to life. It sure is a great way to crochet the winter blues away.

Getting ready for spring – Short sleeve Irene

I’ve just finished my short sleeve version of Irene made with summer yarn.  The coral pink will nicely warm up any pale winter complexion.  I’m so looking forward to the spring and wearing it outside!
