Yay, spring is finally here! And I just finished knitting another Patricia shrug, this time for me, with the knit border in the beautiful deep red Illimani Santi. I like shrugs, they are so chic and easy to wear, and are perfect for the cool spring weather. The Patricia shrug has all the elements I love: leaf lace, bobbles, eyelets and texture ribbing. I especially love the pretty leaf pattern on the sleeves. What do you think?
Just finished making the Jordan sleeveless pineapple top with Euroflax Sport in Lavender. I’m always amazed by how fast this top comes together. The Allegoro yarn used for the pattern has been discontinued for a while now, I’m happy to have found a delightful substitute for it.
Wear the Jordan top for the cold weather too, why not? 😀
Spring is in the air, it’s a good time for shawl time!
A hot pink version of the Monica shawl is a good way to bring color back to the pale winter cheeks. 😀
I’ve just finished my fifth Irene cardigan, and I still enjoy making it. This is a full length long sleeve version that can be buttoned up all the way.
This beautiful lacy ribbon, crocheted in the same stitch pattern of my Julia floral lace tunic, can be worn as a chic headband, skinny scarf, tie, belt, etc.
Completed in less than 2 hours, this versatile ribbon makes a wonderful quick gift for teenagers or adults. Package it in a cute little origami box, and who wouldn’t be delighted to receive one? 🙂
